Returns
We want you (and your pup!) to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

• You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at aidanhaspel71@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can make it right.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return we'll notify you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take 5- 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund
