Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates

Shipping is free on orders over $50. For orders under $50, shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Wrong Address / Undeliverable Packages

Please make sure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. If this happens, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

International Shipping & Customs

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
